Welcome to Cosmos Livingz. To ensure a peaceful, growth-oriented, and harmonious environment for all residents, we kindly ask everyone to follow these community guidelines.

Cleanliness

  • Maintain hygiene in personal rooms and shared areas.
  • Dispose of waste only in designated bins.
  • Keep common kitchenettes and dining zones clutter-free.

Quiet Hours

  • Strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Avoid loud music or heavy noise in corridors and study lounges.
  • Respect the focused study environment of fellow residents.

Visitors

  • Visitors are allowed in common areas only during permitted hours.
  • No overnight guests are permitted without prior management approval.
  • Residents are responsible for their guests' conduct.

Safety & Security

  • Ensure room and main gates remain securely closed.
  • Possession of illegal substances or weapons is cause for immediate eviction.
  • Use of candles or unapproved heaters is prohibited for fire safety.

Use of Common Areas

  • Common lights and fans must be switched off after use.
  • Shared lounges and libraries are for quiet study and gentle interaction.
  • Respect the 'First come, First served' policy in shared zones.

Payment & Dues

  • Monthly dues must be cleared by the 5th of every month.
  • Late fees will apply for delayed payments as per the agreement.
  • Maintain a digital record of all transactions for verification.

Damage to Property

  • Breakages or damages to furniture or electronics must be reported immediately.
  • Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the responsible resident.
  • Refrain from sticking posters or nails on the walls.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Official check-out notice must be served 30 days in advance.
  • Rooms must be returned in the same condition as at check-in.
  • Key handover and inventory check are mandatory before departure.
