House Rules for Community Living
Respectful Boundaries
Living at Cosmos is about more than just a room; it is about building a supportive community. We expect all residents to respect personal boundaries, privacy, and the shared values that make our Bangalore home a peaceful retreat for everyone.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a growth-focused environment for students and professionals, quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels at a minimum during these times to respect your neighbors' rest and study routines.
Shared Spaces
Our study lounges and common areas are high-traffic zones. We maintain a clean-as-you-go policy. Leaving private belongings in common areas is discouraged to keep the space organized and usable for all.
Sustainability & Safety
Help us stay green by turning off lights and fans when not in use. For everyone's safety, no prohibited objects or substances are allowed on the premises. We maintain a strict gated-community protocol to ensure a secure living experience.
Stay Policies
Booking & Payments
All bookings are finalized upon receipt of the security deposit and the first month's rent. Payments must be made via our digital portal by the 5th of each month to ensure a seamless living experience.
Check-in/Out
Standard check-in is at 10:00 AM and check-out at 12:00 PM. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for move-ins to coordinate with our property management team in Bangalore.
Visitor Policy
Visitors are welcome in designated common areas until 9:00 PM. For the safety and privacy of all residents, guests are not permitted in private rooms overnight without prior management approval.
Safety First
Cosmos Livingz maintains high-grade security including CCTV and key-card access. Prohibited items include inflammables and illegal substances to ensure a risk-free environment for all young professionals.
Cancellations
A 30-day notice period is required for all cancellations. Refunds for security deposits are processed within 15 days after successful inspection of the room and final dues settlement.
May 2026 Update
Policies are audited bi-annually. The latest update as of May 2026 includes enhanced digital maintenance tracking and community-driven resource sharing guidelines to support sustainable living.
