What all is included in the room?
Our rooms are thoughtfully designed and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Each room includes a comfortable mattress, ample storage and wardrobes, and an attached bathroom with essential fittings such as a mirror, wash basin, soap holder, and drying provision, along with both hot and regular water. Basic utilities like a bucket and tumbler are also provided. For added functionality, single occupancy rooms come with a dedicated study table and chair, twin-sharing rooms feature shared study desks, chairs, and bookshelves, while select triple-sharing rooms are equipped with study tables and chairs—making it easy for residents to study, work, and relax with ease.

At Cosmos Livingz, we provide wholesome and hygienic pure vegetarian meals served three times a day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—except for Sunday dinner, along with evening tea for your refreshment. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to ensure a balanced and nutritious diet, supporting your daily routine and well-being. For your convenience, residents are not required to bring their own plates or teacups, as all dining essentials are readily available in the dining area, making your living experience comfortable and hassle-free.
Is there a power backup?
At Cosmos Livingz, the area generally experiences stable electricity with minimal disruptions, ensuring a smooth daily routine for residents. As an added support, power backup is available in the common areas to maintain essential comfort and convenience during any occasional outages, providing a reliable and hassle-free living experience for all.
Can I choose my room type?
Yes, you can choose your preferred room type based on availability at the time of booking.

How do I book a room?

At Cosmos Livingz, we provide essential facilities to ensure a comfortable and convenient living experience. Each resident is provided with a cupboard locker for safe storage, and every bathroom is equipped with a bucket and tumbler. In the dining area, food plates and teacups are readily available, along with soap water for easy cleaning after use. Additionally, we offer sufficient drying areas with dedicated hanging lines, making day-to-day living organized and hassle-free.
What should I bring when joining Cosmos Livingz?
Please carry your own bedsheets, bedspreads, and pillow for bedding. As we use automatic washing machines, kindly bring liquid detergent only. You may also bring airtight food containers for storing your food when needed, along with a water bottle for RO drinking water. For added convenience, carry clips for hanging clothes to prevent them from falling, a soap box to place on the bathroom soap holder, and a medium-sized container with a lid to neatly store excess toiletries under the cupboard. Additionally, we recommend bringing a flexible laundry bag to keep your used clothes neatly stored under or near your bed before washing.

How do I book a room?
Once selected, you can confirm your booking by making the payment, which includes the rent amount, one month’s refundable security deposit, annual non-refundable maintenance charges, and a one-time non-refundable admission fee to the Cosmos Livingz company account.

Are there different prices?
Pricing varies based on room configuration of Single, Double, Triple or Quad sharing allowing you to choose according to your budget and privacy needs. Our pricing remains consistent based on the room type and its provisions; however, in the event of increased electricity, water, or other operational costs, a nominal revision in rent may be applied with prior notice to residents.
Is there a lock-in period?
At the time of joining, Cosmos Livingz offers flexible lock-in period options based on your needs, such as an academic year, internship duration, or work period. All notice periods and exit terms are clearly outlined in your stay agreement for complete transparency. A one-month written notice is mandatory for vacating and will be considered in accordance with the agreed lock-in period.
How do I pay my rent?
We follow a streamlined payment process at Cosmos Livingz, with all payments to be made directly to the company account through UPI or bank transfer. Rent is payable on your joining date each month.
Are utilities included?
Electricity, water, and basic maintenance are included in your stay at Cosmos Livingz, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free living experience without the need to manage separate utility arrangements.
What is the security deposit?
A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required at the time of joining.
How will I receive my refundable security deposit?
The refundable security deposit will be transferred to your bank account after completion of the required one-month notice period. Once you vacate the Cosmos Livingz premises, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
